Nights and weekends. Own car or bike a plus. If you drive, you need a valid license, insurance, and a car that starts in January.

Counter and Phones
Take orders, read them back, run the register, box pies, keep the counter clean. You'll answer the phone a lot. You'll know the menu by Wednesday.

Kitchen and Dough
Start on prep and dishes. If you want to learn the dough and the oven, Sal will teach you. He's offered to everybody. Most people say they'll think about it.

What you get
- Dinner, every shift. Anything off the menu, within reason. Sal decides reason.
- Your tips, all of them. Cash tips make the driver's night. Credit's fine too.
- The red hoodie. Crew gets one. You'll want it by November.
- Paid every week. Flexible nights for students and second jobs.
How to apply
- Come by between 3 and 5 PM, Monday to Thursday. That's after the lunch rush and before dinner gets loud.
- Ask for Sal. He will not look up. Ask anyway.
- Tell him which nights you can work. Drivers, bring your license.
