Full menu, sizes and prices

Sal, the owner, a heavyset man with a thick gray mustache and a flour-dusted apron, leaning on the counter with the brick oven glowing behind him.
Sal. Yes, he's always this happy about pizza.

Ask for Sal

Same dough, same sauce, same oven

Sal built the oven himself, brick by brick, and he still lights it every morning before anyone else gets in. The dough is made every day and rests two days before it sees the fire. The sauce is crushed tomatoes, salt and oregano, and it doesn't get cooked until it's on your pie.

If a slice ever tastes different, he wants to hear about it. He will fix it, and he will tell you about it for twenty minutes.
