Zone 4 stops at 9 because whoever's on close doesn't want to be the one knocking on that block after dark. Nobody's put it in writing before tonight, so: it's written now.

Three drivers this month asked me the same question at the end of a Zone 4 run and I gave three different answers because I don't have a real one.
